What is an eScript & how does it work?
After consulting with your healthcare practitioner, they may send you an eScript from Nutriscript. It will contain products recommended by your practitioner to help you reach your goals, as well as dosage information and notes.
Where is my eScript/Invoice number?
If you ever need to contact Nutriscript regarding your order, our Customer Service team will ask for your eScript Number.
This will look something like: Ref: 000XXX00. You can find this reference number sitting above the Order Summary and in the email subject line.
Who is Nutriscript?
Nutriscript was founded in 2006 and is based in Hawke’s Bay. We provide New Zealand & Australian integrative healthcare practitioners with practitioner-grade supplements, protocols, functional testing, technical support, and ongoing education. Visit our About page to learn more.

Ordering & Delivery
Your health practitioner will either order on your behalf, or create a script for you via Nutriscript.
If they create a script for you, you’ll receive an email from Nutriscript that contains your practitioner’s details and the products they’ve recommended for you.
Clicking the ‘buy now’ button will take you to Nutriscript’s patient order page. Here you can adjust quantities or products you wish to change.
Once you’ve made payment, we’ll start to pack and dispatch your order by the following business day!
We send our orders via courier, which are typically received within 2-3 business days.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking code and tracking link.
Click the link and enter your tracking code to track your order.
We ship all Nutriscript orders from our warehouse in the sunny Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.
We proudly ship to health practitioners and patients in New Zealand and Australia.
No problem, reach out to our Customer Service team with your order number and they’ll make it right.
Due to how quickly we process orders this may not be an option, but please reach out to our Customer Service team.
You can return products for a credit if the goods are:
- Supplied in error
- Incorrectly addressed
- Damaged in transport
The request for credit needs to be made within 2 days of receiving the goods, and the goods must be returned to Nutriscript within 7 days. The products must arrive unopened and packaged safely.
How long do results take?
We send samples to Precision Analytical each Thursday, test results take 3-4 weeks from this shipping date.
We send samples to NutriPath every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, test results take the times specified below from this shipping date.

We send samples to Fitgenes every Thursday, test results take 2-3 weeks from this shipping date.
Results are sent directly to your practitioner – we do not have access to your Fitgenes test results due to DNA testing.
We send samples to Prodrome every Tuesday, test results take 10-14 business days from this shipping date.
We send samples to Quicksilver Scientific as they come in, test results take 3-4 weeks from the shipping date.
