Ordering & Delivery
It couldn’t be easier! As a registered health practitioner, simply register to open an account with Nutriscript.
Our team will then process your account within 1-2 business days. You can then login & place your first wholesale order with Nutriscript! There are no order minimums to meet.
Upon filling out your application, you will need to provide proof of your qualification. This lets us know which brands you are able to access, as some are restricted to specific professions.
We send our orders via courier, which are typically received within 2-3 business days.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking code and tracking link.
Click the link and enter your tracking code to track your order.
We ship all Nutriscript orders from our warehouse in the sunny Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.
We proudly ship to health practitioners and patients in New Zealand and Australia.
No problem, reach out to our Customer Service team with your order number and they’ll make it right.
Due to how quickly we process orders this may not be an option, but please reach out to our Customer Service team.
You can return products for a credit if the goods are:
- Supplied in error
- Incorrectly addressed
- Damaged in transport
The request for credit needs to be made within 2 days of receiving the goods, and the goods must be returned to Nutriscript within 7 days. The products must arrive unopened and packaged safely.
Patient Scripts
With patient eScripts, you can include dosage information, lifestyle notes. Prescribing eScripts means you don’t have to handle the products or payment (we take care of that for you). Scripts are saved and can be reordered in future.
When you prescribe your patient a script, they receive an email with the products you have recommended.
Once they click to purchase them, they’re taken to a payment screen that shows their order, which they can make changes to – such as changing quantities or deleting products.
The patient then enters their address and enters payment information to complete their order.

Login to your Nutriscript account, click on the Account icon, and here is where you can update your address.
You can enter your patient’s address when making each order, so you don’t need to change your address to theirs.
Upon creating your account with Nutriscript, you will be subscribed to our newsletter list.
Through this newsletter we keep you up to date with new products, promotions, and upcoming events and webinars.
Nutriscript Platform
When logged in to Nutriscript, click on the Filter icon to open up the search options.
There you can search by brand, health category, ingredient, or by type – including product, educational, functional testing, protocols, special offers, or any combination of the options listed here.
Our products, functional tests and resources can be found using the search bar, or by selecting a specific health category.
Our product listings include the ingredients / supplement facts and suppliers’ dosage guidelines.
Functional tests will mention in the product description what they are used for, and which conditions they are typically used with.
If you’re still not sure, visit our Technical Support page and book a time with your Practitioner Success Specialist.
If your preferred product isn’t in stock when ordering, you can still include it in your order, and it will show under your ‘Backorders’ tab. Backorders are not paid for until they come back into stock.
We’ll send it out as soon as it comes back into stock. You can cancel or update your backorders at any time.
When you first register with Nutriscript, once your account has been approved you will receive an email with links to support videos. These videos are also accessible from Nutriscript after logging in, in the top right corner.
These videos show you how to use the various features in Nutriscript, like scripting, searching, how to create templates, lists and more.

It does not cost anything to register with or use Nutriscript. You only pay for the products you order and shipping.
Functional Testing
How long do results take?
We send samples to Precision each Thursday, test results take 3-4 weeks from this shipping date.
Results are sent to practitioner only, if patient has paid Nutrisearch direct we can send results once available direct to patient if requested.
We send samples to NutriPath every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, test results take the times specified below from this shipping date.

We send samples to Fitgenes every Thursday, test results take 2-3 weeks from this shipping date.
Results are sent directly to your practitioner – we do not have access to your Fitgenes test results due to DNA testing.
We send samples to Prodrome every Tuesday, test results take 10-14 business days from this shipping date.
We send samples to Quicksilver Scientific as they come in, test results take 3-4 weeks from the shipping date.
